New courses now available

We are constantly developing new courses to meet ongoing training needs.  Many of these have been added to our website.

One course that is of particular interest to many is our new "Allergy and Intolerance" course for all those working with children or adults who have allergies or intolerances.  This course, writtten by our senior nutrition trainer who himself has complex intolerances, provides an insight into the differences between an allergy and intolerance, hidden allergens, menu alternatives and safety in your setting.
