Donna is an enthusiastic tutor with experience in all areas of childcare including Early Years and Playwork. With a background in social care and childcare Donna also holds both playwork and management qualifications. Over the past 15 years she has trained and shared good practice with a range of childcare practitioners, professionals, consultants and organisations nationally. Working nationally with all types of childcare providers, has developed an in-depth understanding of the common issues faced by childcare providers and the solutions that have supported sustainable provision. Through working with a number of local authorities, PCT's and childcare organisations she has developed a thorough knowledge of the sector including, government policy and legislation.

Mandy is an experienced teacher and trainer who has also been an owner/manager of a pre-school. She is an engaging tutor with experience of safegaurding as well as childcare practice and policy and management.
