A half day course course for all those involved in food preparation to give a basic understanding of HACCP - Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point - as a method of reducing the risk of food poisoning.
The course includes:
- Know your responsibilities under current law
- HACCP principles and terminology
- Application of HACCP
