Anger Management (ANGMGMT) Training Course

Aims and objectives

It is important that practitioners who work with young people, understand some of the theoretical basis on which we practice. If the practitioner understands the theory then there is a basis for development.

Participants will understand that within all human's there is a continuous welling up of anger that can build up over long periods, we will explore how that impacts on everyone.

Within this theory there are usually ways to release the build up to stop an outburst of anger.

Participants will gain a better understanding of anger and gain techniques for the management of young angry people either within school, the home or within the community.
